Moderno Interiors undertook a full property refurbishment, keeping to clients’ needs in creating a luxurious modern home with a carefully chosen interior colour palette of warm nudes to infuse the space with a sense of warmth and comfort. Presented below are some key features of this timeless design. The ground floor hallway is opened up with warm grey wooden flooring to create a more inviting and spacious feel, featuring glass panelled doors to allow natural light to flood the spaces, a depth-adding feature wall, floating drawer unit storage, and faux leather luxury pouffes. The dining area features automated sheer curtains and blackout blinds, complimented by Apollo lighting, creating a seamless transition from a cozy family dinner space to an impressive entertainment area for guests.
The luxurious living room design centres around burnt orange, inspired by the Vico Magistretti sofa. This accent colour flows through the space, from cushions to LED lighting and the fireplace lacquer finish. Moderno Interiors carefully crafted a bespoke TV wall unit, using large format porcelain tiles and thermo wood cladding. To connect with the outdoor space, the rear wall now features full-width sliding patio doors, framing Moderno Interiors’ captivating landscape design. The extended patio creates a perfect setting for dining and outdoor entertainment. Adjacent to this, a relaxation room offers a hanging seat reading area, complementing a plush cozy seating area designed for enjoying cinema TV with surround systems. The main bedroom showcases floating cupboards, grey stone bedside tables, and a laser metallic faux leather headboard, while a soap pendant light adds a touch of elegance with its changing shapes and metallic sheen.
